The true day that the bullies won't be able to hurt you any more is the day when you truly see yourself for who you are and you become proud to be you it'll be when you grow up and mature way more than where you are now and you see you're priorities as way more important than what some dumb fuck had to say about you.. They don't know you. The day you wake up ready to really laugh at those immature people starting drama and bullying others and caring about what the world thinks is the day when you stop caring what people think. In the end those people don't mean anything.
